Bannockburn Elementary PTA

Bannockburn and the PTA are planning a service project during school on January 9th &10th, just before Martin Luther King Day. All students will participate in making sandwiches and bags of trail mix to benefit Martha’s Table, an organization that serves over 2 million healthy meals per year to DC residents experiencing hunger or housing insecurity. The PTA is asking for donations to help contribute to this project.  We’ve committed to making 500 sandwiches and would appreciate your help in creating a hands-on service project for our students during school. To contribute:

• Send a Venmo contribution to help pay for supplies to Lara Josey @lpjosey by January 3
• Volunteer! Details about parent volunteer needs will be sent in January
