How Do I…?

All BES families who join the PTA annually will receive a BES community directory and access to the online directory when it is published (usually in October).

If you join the PTA in by October, you will automatically receive the hard copy school directory. There is no need to request a hard copy of the directory – it will either be delivered to you via your child’s backpack, or pick up coordinated at the school.

If you join the PTA at other times of the year, you will also receive the directory and access to the online directory.

Extra hard copies of the directory can be purchased by PTA members for $5.

How Do I Receive A BES PTA Calendar?

All BES families who join the PTA annually will receive a BES PTA calendar. If you have not joined the PTA this year, please read How Do I. . . join the PTA? for easy instructions on how to join quickly.

How Do I Join a PTA Committee?

Our PTA sponsors, organizes and produces an incredible number of events and activities throughout the school year. We are always eager for new volunteers! How Do I Find out When the Next PTA Meeting is?

Beginning in September, the BES PTA generally meets every other month on the first Tuesday of the month.

Currently all PTA meetings are conducted virtually, using Zoom. When conditions merit, meetings will again be held at BES at 7pm (except for the June meeting which begins at 6:30pm). Meeting reminders will be sent out via email. Bar-T provides childcare for $5 a child during meetings.

If school is closed for weather related reasons on a PTA meeting date, the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled.
