SAVE THE DATE: PTA Auction – “One Night in Paris”

The time has come for BES PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year, our adult-only, in-person school auction themed “One Night in Paris” on Saturday, March 9th, 2024. Expect a fabulous evening with our signature auction with online bidding, raffles, prizes, delicious food and beverages, and good times with other Bannockburn parents.

We can’t pull off this event without YOUR HELP and here is what you can do now to help:

1). Join the planning committee! Email the BES PTA Auction Committee today at BESPTAAuction@gmail.com and let us know that you want to join our fun team! We are so grateful!

2) Teacher and parent parties are our most popular auction items every year! If you would like to donate a service or goods or host a party or other type of experience, we would love to hear from you ASAP! Please plan & schedule your event for anytime after March 30th, 2024 and fill out the 2024 auction donation form https://forms.gle/EcG1REzsvP2tMRZa8.

3) This year the PTA is also offering family and corporate sponsorships! Please contact bannockburnptafundraising@gmail.com to become a family sponsor or sign up your workplace to become a corporate sponsor. We have some unique opportunities specifically for the auction.
