The Fun Run is Coming!

The Fun Run is fast approaching!  This year’s run will take place on March 16th, 2024 beginning at 9am.  We are seeking support through financial sponsorships and in-kind donations – inclusive of gift cards, giveaways, and other raffle items.  Whether you are an individual, a family, an association, a foundation or a corporation – we value your support! Donations are tax deductible.  

All proceeds from the run benefit the BES PTA and we have multiple ways you can support this effort:

  • Register to run/walk! ($20 for each student participant, $10 for each additional participant or extra t-shirt.  Participants under age 5 are free, but must purchase a shirt if they want one)
  • Family Sponsorship ($50 – your family name will be on on the back of the T-shirt)
  • Silver Level Corporate Sponsor ($250 – 2 event T-shirts and name/logo listed on T-shirt) 
  • Gold Level Corporate Sponsor ($500 – Name announced at post-event party, Logo prominently displayed on T-shirt, and 4 event T-shirts)

T-shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants. After that shirts will be on a first come, first-serve availability basis.  Corporate sponsors may also choose to fill out THIS form in lieu of registering on Membership Toolkit.  We are looking forward to a wonderful morning!
