PTA Auction Recap

Merci Beaucoup from your PTA Auction Committee for a stellar event last Saturday evening!  “One Night in Paris” raised $38,000!! A huge thank you to our beautiful BES community for generously donating items and for bidding big for the benefit of our school! Our PTA thrives only with your commitment!

A massive thank you to Auction Co-Chairs Cristin Kumar and Gitika Kaul, who worked tirelessly for months to put on such a wonderful event!  Special thanks to Sarah Hurt for the wonderful Parisian decor, Susan Limb for offering Praline Bakery as an ideal venue, Greta Peisch for her work on the bidding website, Emily Thomas Dewolf for her outreach in curating auction items, Margaret Cantrell for always jumping in where needed, Sam Ridder-Beardsley for providing amazing music for the evening, Erika Aguirre Spensley and April Guillen for their support leading up to and the night of the event.   Additional thanks for donations from esteemed vendors, Silver Linings Design Group, Other Half Brewing, Hop Water and our Open Bar Sponsors The Rockwood Company, Tobin O’Connor Concino and Kaul Home Group of Compass for their generous support.

Student Raffle for staff Experiences: Every year students are given 1 ticket to enter a raffle drawing for any staff experience they are grade eligible for.  Emails will be sent out shortly to each grade.  Please fill out the google form to enter your student in the raffle.  A separate form should be filled out for each student.  The deadline to enter is Tuesday, March 19th.

Auction Winners & Fire Sale: If you won an item, the auction committee or the host of your event will be in touch in the coming weeks, if they have not done so already.  Please reach out to besptaauction@gmail.com with questions.  There are still a few auction items left for sale!  CLICK HERE to purchase them in our fire sale.
