“Bannockburn-Fest” March 15, 2025, 7-10pm at Praline Bakery

The time has come for BES PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year, our adult-only, in-person school auction!  This year get your glitter glasses and cowboy hats ready as we welcome you to “Bannockburn-Fest, where you can groove for good on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Think band t-shirts, tie-dye, glitter freckles and glow sticks… and of course our signature auction with online bidding, raffles, prizes, delicious food and beverages, and funding the future with other Bannockburn parents. Remember all profits raised via the auction go directly toward enrichment activities for our children!

We can’t pull off this event without YOUR HELP and here is what you can do now to help:

1) Parent parties and in person experiences are our most popular auction items every year! You’ve told us you want more of this! If you would like to host a party or other type of experience, we would love to hear from you ASAP! Please fill out the 2025 auction donation form here.  We also need donation items, or hard cold cash to buy them– donate generously if you can!

2) The auction committee is also looking for a corporate sponsor–Please contact besptauction@gmail.com to inquire about corporate sponsorship or signing up your workplace to become a corporate sponsor.
