Earth Day was a Shining Success!

The Earth Day Team, led by Katy Levine, did an incredible job pivoting at the last minute due to weather and was able to bring in the Director of the Glen Echo Park Aquarium who does amazing school outreach programs. The theme of the presentation was Chesapeake Critters, and the fabulously engaging, interactive talk involved live animals (crabs, clams, etc.),  Everyone was so thrilled with how wonderful the day was!
