Back-to-School Picnic: Friday 9/12

The PTA’s annual Back-to-School Picnic will be held Friday, Sept. 12th from 5-7pm on the BES blacktop & playgrounds. Here are a few reminders:

  • What to Bring: Something to sit on (picnic blanket, lawn chairs, etc.), food (if you didn’t pre-order pizza), non-alcoholic drinks, and cash or Venmo for the 5th grade table.
  • Pre-order pizza HERE. You must preorder to receive a pizza as pizzas will not be sold onsite. Pizza orders are DUE by Tuesday Sept. 9th at 3pm.
  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Please sign up HERE to volunteer for various adult and SSL volunteer spots. THANK YOU!
