MLK Day of Service Project: Hats & Socks Still Needed

Wednesday, January 21st is the 3rd Annual BES PTA Day of Service! Students will supplement their learning about MLK Jr. through a hands-on community service activity, during school, to support our neighbors. Students will hear from a speaker with lived experience of homelessness and build cold weather kits for Miriam’s Kitchen.

Parents: We are still collecting NEW WINTER HATS & SOCKS for adults, which was a specific request from Miriam’s Kitchen; please leave them in the bin by the front door at BES by January 21. Thank you!
