What is a “Fun Run”? 

Each Spring, the PTA hosts a “Fun Run” that brings together students & their families, and teachers/staff and their families, to walk or run a 1-mile loop around the Bannockburn Elementary School neighborhood, followed by a celebration on the blacktop with music, bagels and refreshments, and a raffle (It’s back baby–featuring Kendra Scott jewelry & other goodies!)

When is it?

  • Saturday, April 11
  • Arrive by 8:30 AM
  • Starting whistle: 9:00 AM

Family & Corporate Sponsorships Due TOMORROW (THU) AT NOON

Family Sponsorship
Get your family’s name (most people use last names) printed on the shirt when you purchase a family sponsorship by Thursday, March 19th—kids love spotting it. Family sponsorships are $50.

Does your employer (or your own small business) offer corporate sponsorships? When you purchase a Silver or Gold corporate sponsorship by tomorrow 12pm, we’ll put your company’s logo on the back of the shirt and on our marketing materials.

Pre-registration by March 27 is the only way to secure your 2026 Fun Run tee (featuring a design by a BES student).

T-Shirt Pickup

Friday, April 10
3:15–4:00 PM by the bike rack near the staff parking lot
(Easy early pickup so you can show up ready to run on Saturday at 9!)

Race morning by 8:30 AM

Quick Notes

• All participants must review and agree to a waiver during registration.
• Onsite registrations must be completed online via MTK or Venmo (QR codes will be available). No cash or checks accepted.

The Fun Run is always one of the happiest mornings of the year at BES—lots of running, cheering, tunes, and community spirit. We hope to see you there!
