BES PTA Board Nominations Officially OPEN!

Did you know… kids with involved families tend to have better grades, attendance, and overall school experience? So yes—joining the PTA is one of those rare “small effort, big impact” situations.

Nominations for the 2026–2027 PTA Board are open NOW through Friday, May 22
(No experience required—just a love of spirit wear, school events, and making things happen 😉)

Open roles include:

  1. President-Elect 
  2. Secretary 
  3. Assistant Treasurer
  4. VP Before & After School Activities  
  5. VP DEI 
  6. VP Fundraising
  7. VP Membership & Communications 
  8. VP Social Activities
  9. MCCPTA Delegate

  • Many VP roles can be shared, so grab your bestie and tag-team it!
  • Not sure about time commitment? Just ask—we’ll help you find a role that fits your schedule.

The slate will be presented at our final PTA meeting on June 2 at 7 PM.

One-off Roles:

  • Communicators (membership drive campaigns, newsletter blurbs, hype!)
  • Creatives (flyers, posters, graphic design)
  • Web Support (website + platform design and support)
