PTA Listserv/Membership Toolkit
Membership Toolkit is easy to join and completely free. It’s a crucial communication tool for keeping you “in the know” on all things BES. The weekly PTA Newsletter (sent on Wednesdays) is delivered via Membership Toolkit.
Within Membership Toolkit, you can opt-in to receive PTA emails, and emails from room parents about classroom activities. Look for the “My Account –> Subscriptions” menu to select your desired notification settings.

The BES Principal’s Sunday night email/phonecall (known as the Connect-Ed message) do NOT utilize Membership Toolkit.
The Bannockburn PTA utilizes Membership Toolkit for all of our communications, as well as for our digital school directory. We highly encourage everyone to join Membership Toolkit and download the mobile app.
Weekly Community Announcements
Each week a community bulletin/email is sent to all members who, in Membership Toolkit, have subscribed to the “All Parents” notifications (“My Account –> Subscriptions”). The ads, businesses, etc., represented in these messages are not necessarily endorsed by Bannockburn Elementary School or the BES PTA.
