Earth Day – LEGO Replay Drive

One of the Earth Day activities this year will be LEGO Replay.  This organization was founded by two sisters at Walt Whitman High School.   The mission of LEGO Replay is to collect and recycle donated LEGO to share the power of play with underserved kids and reduce plastic waste in the environment.

On Earth Day this year, students will make a LEGO creation (between 20-30 pieces) and place it in a bag to be donated/reused by kids in need– demonstrating the benefit of reuse and community service.  Please consider donating used LEGO.  Any pieces are appreciated, provided they are LEGO brand.  Donations can be dropped in a bin by the front entrance to BES until April 23rd.
